I'm Excuruseh, person that plays every champ and doesn't stick to them. But one champion I've been having a lot of fun on right now is Volibear, and I'm here to just show some builds about him! I hope this can help you optimize your Volibear gameplay, and teach you a bit about him.

Volibear has a very powerful lvl 3, regardless of if your in the jungle or the toplane. In most matchups, you should look for a lvl 3 trade if possible, as your E and W gives you a lot of survivability.
A simple combo on Volibear is Q-E-W. I tend to use E after Q (if I can reach them with Q)to guarantee my hit and my shield and proc my first W right after. Remember the W only heals on the SECOND use of it on a MARKED target.
Volibears ultimate can be used for damage, dives, disengage, and chase. It stops turrets so diving is a good option on Volibear if you can secure a kill.
Volibears passive grants him attack speed, up to 5 stacks. When you reach 5 stacks, your auto attacks deal on hit magic damage and can spread on up to 4 targets. You can utilize his passive to proc bone plating before an engage, and it deals a lot of damage with his Divine Sunderer path.

I always run Blue Knife. Volibear has a pretty fast clear, which means you can normally secure a scuttle. You can normally win a fight around scuttle in a 1v1 against your jungle opponent because of the power of your early skirmishes. His ganks are very straightforward with Q stun and E slow, along with R dives. You can take neutral objectives pretty early on, but of course if you can get assistance that would make it faster.
