Short introduction
The most important about this build are the core items, ghost and max Q.
Start red > Krugs > gank > Rift Scuttler > gank.
After you get the core items you are so fast that you can catch anybody and kite everything. You don't even have to gank from the side, Activate Rightious Glory, ghost then Q and just get em.
