Frozen Heart is a pretty nic item for Warwick for instance to close the cdr gap.
I cannot see why Frozen Mallet should be core - its really expensive and just provides weak stats. Why not just goind straight for Blade of the Ruined King + Spirit Visage or Sunfire Aegis in an AD matchup lane?
