To use Xin zhao all you gotta do is farm up in early game then you initiate your full power late game, the only problem is to not feed. (; Once you learn how to use Xin, you will be pub stomping noob kittys.

The skill sequence when using Xin is use W Q E R in this order.(You can use Exhaust after R)
For the W and Q it doesn't really matter which to use first, i usually press them both at the same time. 8D

Black cleaver- when there are enemies building armor items.

Infinity edge- If you're the main damage dealer.

Phantom dancer- Good attack speed and critical chance.

Blood thirster- Recommended for the extra life steal.

Frozen mallet- It's good for slowing enemies.

Last whisper- Good item against tanks.

Ghost- It's pretty good for running away early game but not really needed late since you will be getting Boots and a phantom dancer. (484 Movement speed)

Exhaust- I recommend this because the E is not the most reliable cc so you can catch noobs with this spell.

FLash- Use this offensively/ defensively it is one of the best spells in the game and it goes very well with your Exhaust.

Teleport- If you think you're gonna switch lanes very often then use it to your advantage.

Clarity- You don't really need this spell because your skills cost very little mp in game.

Heal- Your passive is already good enough.

Rally- Your passive is already good enough again.

Ignite- If you're gonna play offensively then go use this bad boy.

Clense- If you're a laid back Xin zhao (you shouldn't be) then use this when you get stunned for 10 seconds.

Smite- Go ahead and use this for jungling.

Fortify- Let a tank use it.

Revive- Don't use this.

Clairvoyance- Support Xin zhao is boring. :/

To farm all you gotta do is last hit minions, kill neutral minions, participate in team fights often, kill dragon for money, kill champions. It is very important to last hit because it is one of the easiest things to do and if you can't kill enemy champions then just farm until you can kill.

Some say Xin should initiate first in battles, don't listen to that, let your tanks/ other carrys initiate first then you engage.
If your losing the game, you can go backdoor the enemy and provide a distracting for your team.
At the end of the game buy the 3 buff potions for more effect.
