Its hard to get to Diamond but The Baker of War Mantheon helped me out greatly. Of Course I constantly locked him as ADC bot lane but that's irrelevant.

Disclaimer : This is how I role. If your expecting something special then go **** yourself.

WARNING : When playing Mantheon the ADC you will find that you might get zoned at level 1 but no to worry since when you hit 2 you become god. Also you might get camped a substantial amount.

Pros

-Fun as penetration
-Strong Early Game
-Constant Fear
-Enemy Jungler loves you
-Gets all the *****es.

Cons

-Lack of wards
-Melee
-What? Yeah that's right there are no more!

Alright next up is teamwork! Finding the correct support for a GOD like Mantheon is hard but I have three that will be effective.

Xin Zhao first because I recommend him the most. Xin Zhao has high engage potential as a support and the enemy bot lane will underestimate his damage. At level 2 Xin Zhao should co-ordinate with Mantheon and go HAM as soon as your in range of your enemy.

Next up is Jarvan. Of course I don't recommend him as much as Xin Zhao but he is my favorite. His ability to pull off strong engages and penetrate the enemy with Mantheon can't be underestimated.

Lee Sin would be my last suggestion but he is still very viable since he has strong engage and a powerful CC kick. Mantheon and Lee Sin work well at level 3 together.
