Lux usually isn't a threat in terms of laning, but be cautious when your allies are not the best at dodging skillshots.
Pyke
While being a great partner to Yuumi, Pyke is also one of the heaviest counters to her. It is very hard to save your ally when they are hooked, and his Death from Below can leave you vulnerable if he is able to ult before you're able to cast Zoomies. Due to Yuumi's low damage output, Pyke is able to often outheal her damage with his passive so it is a better choice to use your Prowling Projectile on the ADC. It is essential for you to escape his hook + stun combo or you will die.
Soraka
It is very easy to avoid both her Starcall and Equinox, she should not be much of a threat in terms of damage.
Sona
Both Yuumi and Sona are very great healing supports, however, Sona has the upper hand in terms of poke especially when you are not attached to an ally.
Zyra
Zyra is a very good all-in laning champion (unfortunately for you). Keeping track of her cooldowns and making sure to destroy her seeds is a must.
Blitzcrank
Blitzcrank is a champion that has the ability to snatch you and your ADC from backlines or from under tower which is what makes him dangerous, along with his static field that will silence you and prevent you from being able to escape. If your team is able to dodge his grabs or stays behind minions, you should be fine due to the high cooldown of his Rocket Grab.
Morgana
Jhin
Jhin has the capability to reach you under tower, melt you with his curtain call if you are not able to attach to someone, and make you vulnerable with his lotus trap if you de-attach to trigger your passive. Keep in mind when he places them and try not to be under tower by yourself.
Leona
If you are able to avoid her CC, you will most likely be alright. I highly recommend keeping your distance due to her ability to combo you in order to isolate/prevent your escape.
Nautilus
Nautilus is another champion able to stop you from escaping, with his hook, and his ultimate, he can catch you and prevent you from being able to escape to an ally.

Although Garen has a short range, he is able to silence you with decisive strike, preventing you from being able to cast You & Me
Lulu
Although Lulu can silence you with her polymorph, if her ADC is not able to follow up as soon as possible you can escape. Be aware of her cooldowns and you will be able to play against her with ease.
Caitlyn
Ezreal
Although Ezreal is good in quite a few situations, neither Ezreal or Yuumi are great wave-clearers so you will have a harder time pushing waves. Without communication, it is a common occurrence for Ezreal to teleport away while you are using Final Chapter or Prowling Projectile.

Both Kog'Maw and Yuumi are late-game champions. If you are able to harass the enemy enough with your Prowling Projectile and help him sustain any damage, you can push the enemy right under tower.
Master Yi
Although you become invulnerable with him during his Alpha Strike, Yi is a champion that dives a lot, it is very easy for Yi to die and leave you in the middle of a group of the enemy team.
Sett
Sett relies a lot on being able to get close to his enemies, your Prowling Projectile, movement speed from Zoomies, and Final Chapter, can accomplish this!

As strong as Mordekaiser is, it is very easy for you to get caught in the middle of a fight when he uses his ult. Yuumi cannot travel into the Realm of Death so be wary or communicate when he ults.
Warwick
Warwick's R range is based on movement speed, your Zoomies can help him increase his effectiveness.
Vayne
Vayne can easily help you land your Prowling Projectile and Final Chapter with her Tumble. As a bonus you are given invisibility when she uses Final Hour as well! however, keep in mind you are both late game champions. Vayne is a great choice in terms of gameplay with Yuumi and can even match skins with her.

Kalista is a good ADC pick, but Yuumi does not proc her bind, and is the last champion you'd want to use Fate's Call on.
Draven
Although Draven is not the best in terms of scaling, his raw damage is out of this world and gains a lot from Yuumi's attack speed boost. Draven mains, I love you!
Evelynn
Kai'Sa
With her excellent wave clearing, and her passive, Yuumi is able to grant Kai'sa time to shine with the attack speed boost from Zoomies. She is able to stack much faster.
Miss Fortune
Being able to cast the ultimate....well...ultimate is always a fun combination, however, like Yuumi, she is very vulnerable to CC.
Pyke
Although terrible to play against as a Yuumi, they have great synergy together. Pyke is a very slipery champion and this can work to your advantage since you are camouflaged with him, and can contribute to his regeneration. Your Final Chapter can create an area for Pyke to all-in and finish off with a Death from Below, granting you a reward of "Your Cut"
Twitch
Twitch is another champion where you become invisible with him. Communication is key with a Yuumi/Twitch duo, and can be a devastating combo when you both ult out of thin air. Twitch gives you a great way of warding safely as well.
Varus
Your ultimates work quite well together, Varus lacks escape and requires Crowd Control to be fully useful, unless you're willing to be a meat shield, I wouldn't recommend this combination.
Vi
Vi has everything a yuumi lacks, Crowd Control, being able to close gaps, and a hard hitting amount of damage. When attached, Vi makes it very easy to land your Final Chapter to secure important kills.
Xayah
Xayah is a solid pick in terms of ADCs, just not with Yuumi. Both of you will have to rely on your non-consistent Crowd Control in order to secure kills, Xayah also does not have a lot of sustain and is better with non-utility supports.

- Very susceptible to high CC - Weak early game - Risky warding/roaming - Little to no escape when alone - Poor performance with bad teamwork - People will call you a parasite/flame you in game and in champ select. - People will ask you to choose a different champion - High ban rate - De-attaches during teleport - Hard to determine being targeted by a tower while attached - Struggles to farm by herself - Dies easily when her attached ally is killed while diving - Skillshots are harder to land when not attached - VERY squishy!
