Not Updated For Current Season
This guide has not yet been updated for the current season. Please keep this in mind while reading. You can see the most recently updated guides on the browse guides page
Don't take Vayne for granite. She can invis from your q, knock you away from her, and deal true damage to you. Recommended that she is banned.
Blitzcrank
Ugh, probably one of the worst supports you can go against. He can pull you to him, which you might think is good, but with his knock up and silence, you cant get any of your abilities off. Not to mention that his mana shield makes it difficult to make him your pet
Graves
Graves relies on being close and bursting down his foes to really do anything, which Morde negates up the ***. Just make sure you have your shield up when he goes to attack. You should win trades fairly easily.
Ashe
While Ashe isn't very popular at the moment, the more people realize that she smacks on Morde, she'll become extremely meta. With a instant stun, and slows on her basic attacks, Morde has little to do, just ask for ganks and depend on your support to lock down Ashe.
Sivir
Pretty easy lane. Sivir can block your ult if blocked correctly and can run away from you with her ult, but thats about it. Zone her from minions and you are good to go.
Kog'Maw
Don't see him often, which might be for the best. He's very squishy, but he has a good slow, percent health damage, and nice range. Try not to put yourself in a bad position, and you should be good.
Galio
While Galio isn;t the typical support, he's really good at taking on the Kaiser. His shield can negate your ult if used at the right time, has good slows and can speed up his teammates. His ultimate can stop you from reking, so beware.
Draven
Much like Graves, except his burst is from a far, and scales extremely well late.
Janna
Can shield her alles and throw you around, but Janna isn't too much a problem.
Leona
Much like Janna, but instead of throws and shields, shes has stuns. Which is annoying.
Nautilus
Since Naut is all about keeping the adc locked down, just dodge his q and focus the enemy carry.
Morgana
Since all of your damage is magic, Morgana can shield some of the damage you do. However, you do way more damage than that puny shield, so crush her with ease.
Miss Fortune
Not much of a threat. Just stay away from minions and you'll be good to go.
Jinx
Has good poke, snare, slow, all that good stuff, but that costs mana. Make sure your shield is charged if she switches to rockets, and you'll be good.
Caitlyn
Hard to zone someone who cant be zoned. Cait's range makes her a problem for Morde. Not to mention her huge slow.
Braum
Braum's stun can make things difficult, but since all of your abilities aren't projectiles, his block is useless.
Soraka
One word: Heals. Good luck trying to turn anyone into a butt buddy with Raka around.
Sona
What Sona doesn't have in raw heals, she makes up in utility and damage. Beware her ult in teamfights.
Tristana
A mix of Cait and Vayne, Trist has the potential to win against you. Knockback ult, great wave clear, and amazing range, Trist makes for an greta counter to Morde
Hi, my name is Galvador, currently ranked Gold 2 on the NA server. I've been playing Mordekaiser before and after this beautiful update, as he went from a solo lane beast, to a duo lane monster. With powerful zoning and dueling power, Morde has truly become the master of metal.
