C2V = comment to vote. You can turn it on in the "Guide Setting" when editing a guide. The Mastery Tree Planner and Rune Page Planner might be what you asked for - they're really easy to understand and create a more appealing look.
Here is the most useful chapter in "Making a Guide" in my opinion because there you can find templates - just read through the whole stuff and test it.

Besides, I would say 21/0/9 Masteries are far better because you get Runic Affinity or Culinary Master with the last point.

Hi thanks for the post. I've been in testing in school for the past week and it's still ongoing. Recently my schedule has been overloaded, so I figured I would publish this so people could use it as a quick guide if they wanted to play him well. Yes I know I don't explain a lot, but I will in time, I just have to get the time to update it. I'll be working on it slowly. Also, could you please explain:

*How to BBC code(the guide doesn't help me much)
*How to link masteries and runes and such from the cheat sheet
*What you mean by C2V.
Also, thanks again for the reply. Keep in mind its my first time making a build haha. I thought I had notes for the items....I'll have to go back and fix that.

Anyway, yeah the items you questioned are completely viable. They work, they are simply situational.

Okay, a quick view to your build (this is what I do before reading it In-Depht, because there are some people that wont listen and I dont want to waste my time :P):

Needs:
-C2V (I dont know it if you have it yet, I havent voted but its good to point it out).
-BBCoding. A lot. Please.
-Explain more In-Depht your stuff please. For example:
Why Katarina counters Vel'Koz? If she engages on you with Shunpo and she ults, she is dead.
or
Kassadino still OPrino :P
-You dont explain your items AT ALL. The Items chapter has nothing, and you dont even have notes.
-WoTA? Spirit Visage? Locket of the Iron Solari?

Has:
-Explanation? You dont really give a lot but its way better than 50% of the other guides
-Somewhat good build, excluding the items I said before.
-Notes at Skill Sequense are good, put that in your chapter (giving more than one way of leveling up a ability)

Tell me if you want to improve, so I can give you more advices and helpful stuff to improve your guide :D
