1)Runes
Wukong doesnt really need attack speed, or when he does, he can buy some. For jungle, Greater Seal of Armor is almost the only choice.
2)Text itself
Its not really good text, you dont use BBcode on anything, not even simple things like change of color. No pictures, there is almost no teamwork guide at all, I wouldnt learn a **** as a Wukong from this build.
3)Items
Saying that getting Thornmail if the enemy has a Caitlynis nonsense. You would have to build a Thornmail every game.
The Brutalizer is one of the best early game items, giving you arm pen, cdr and attack damage. It is HEAVILY reliable.

I would find some other flaws but I dont want to embarass you. I suggest rewriting this, go into depth.
