Wukong right now cost about 975 RP or 6300 IP. He is very expensive but he is a very good champion, early game but also late game.

During the chaos of the Rune Wars, an enormous runestone was lost deep within the Plague Jungles. It remained there, untouched for centuries, emanating a potent magic which infused nearby wildlife with sentience and vitality. A group of monkeys who were particularly empowered by it came to worship the stone, and their leader - a wise sage - became convinced that he could harness its power to make the monkeys immortal. He performed an elaborate ritual, but things didn't go as he expected. The runestone was destroyed, and instead of granting immortality, it produced Kong, a monkey who carried in his heart the strength and power it had contained. Kong was driven by an unquenchable desire for greatness. He sought out every beast and monster the Plague Jungles could offer, eager to find a worthy opponent, but none offered the challenge he craved. He asked the sage for advice, and learned about a legend of hairless monkeys to the north who, with wits and might, had bent the world to their will.
Wukong left, journeying north, determined to discover if the legend was true. He crossed the Southern Wastes and then the Great Barrier. On his way, he happened upon

Runes




Greater Mark of Desolation is armor penetration and you will get about 13 armor penetration and becuase of these runes your early game burst is much higher if you didn't have your armor penetration runes. but late game it will help but only a little bit of help.

These runes gives you health and it give you about 48 health early game before you are goin' for your health items.

Summoner's Wrath - this mastery is important if you have
Ignite,
Ghost or even
Exhaust.

Brute Force - give you attack damage.

Alacrity - give you an attack speed boost.

Deadliness - give attack damage per. level.

Weapon Expertise - give you armor penetration + you have your armor penetration runes and therfore give you a lot of armor penetration early.

Lethality - give you 10% more critical damage.

Vampirism - give you lifsteal.

Sunder - this mastery also gives you armor penetration.

Executioner - when a enemy is under 40% health you will deal 6% more damage.

Resistance - this mastery gives you magic resis + it stacks with you runes.

Hardiness - gives you armor against other ad carries it could be against others solo top champions and the ad carry, which is in bottom lane.

Durability - gives you health over level.

Veteran's Scars - this mastery gives you 30 health in the start of the game and it stacks with your runes.




- Stone Skin will grant
Wukong bonuses only for visible champions to
Wukong within range. Being invisible to
Wukong makes the passive not take effect, which includes going to a brush
Wukong has no vision of or entering stealth
- Stone Skin does not take image-type units into account.


- Cooldown: 9 / 8 / 7 / 6 / 5 seconds
- Total Physical Damage: 30 / 60 / 90 / 120 / 150 (+1.1 per attack damage)

Wukong becomes stealthed for 1.5 seconds and leaves an uncontrollable


- Cost: 50 / 55 / 60 / 65 / 70 mana
- Cooldown: 18 / 16 / 14 / 12 / 10 seconds
- Magic Damage: 70 / 115 / 160 / 205 / 250 (+0.6 per ability power)


- Cost: 45 / 50 / 55 / 60 / 65 mana
- Physical Damage: 60 / 105 / 150 / 195 / 240 (+0.8 per bonus attack damage)
- Attack Speed Bonus: 30 / 35 / 40 / 45 / 50%




- Cooldown: 120 / 105 / 90 seconds
- Physical Damage Per Second: 20 / 110 / 200 (+1.2 per attack damage)
- Total Physical Damage: 80 / 440 / 800 (+4.8 per attack damage)
