Introduction

Hi guys, and welcome to my first guide on MobaFire and the champion I will make a guide about is the great Wukong, The Monkey King. I think it's very hard to find the right build to him, so I mixed every thing with other builds and I tried that and it work so well. This is my guide and hope this guide will help you, like it helped me.

Wukong right now cost about 975 RP or 6300 IP. He is very expensive but he is a very good champion, early game but also late game.

Wukong's health is only "Average" but the way I play he is becoming a tank DPS. Wukong's Attack Damage is very strong because he is an Attack damage champion. Goin' Ability Power with Wukong is a very stupid idea because the only thing that does damage when goin' Ability Power is his W Warrior Trickster. Wukong is very easy champion to play and I can say the same, Wukong's harrashment is very good. Use Q Crushing Blow and then jump on the enemy with your E Nimbus Strike, so before you take heavly damage use your Warrior Trickster to get away.

I hope this guide will be one of the top guides for Wukong and you can always say in the comment what I can improve, if you say something that can improve my guide, I will put your name and guide (if you have one) in my "Credits"

Story

During the chaos of the Rune Wars, an enormous runestone was lost deep within the Plague Jungles. It remained there, untouched for centuries, emanating a potent magic which infused nearby wildlife with sentience and vitality. A group of monkeys who were particularly empowered by it came to worship the stone, and their leader - a wise sage - became convinced that he could harness its power to make the monkeys immortal. He performed an elaborate ritual, but things didn't go as he expected. The runestone was destroyed, and instead of granting immortality, it produced Kong, a monkey who carried in his heart the strength and power it had contained. Kong was driven by an unquenchable desire for greatness. He sought out every beast and monster the Plague Jungles could offer, eager to find a worthy opponent, but none offered the challenge he craved. He asked the sage for advice, and learned about a legend of hairless monkeys to the north who, with wits and might, had bent the world to their will.

Wukong left, journeying north, determined to discover if the legend was true. He crossed the Southern Wastes and then the Great Barrier. On his way, he happened upon Master Yi, who was deep in meditation. Kong asked him who the strongest warrior in the north was, and Yi told him about the League of Legends. The tale intoxicated Kong, a place where he could battle the strongest fighters in the world was, to him, paradise. Kong asked Yi to introduce him to this League, and to teach him the ways of humans, so that he could be a fitting champion. In return, he would honor Yi by using Yi's Wuju style to become the greatest warrior Runeterra had ever seen. Admiring his passion, Yi agreed, but under the condition that Kong would one day teach the lessons of Wuju to a pupil of his own. In the spirit of this agreement, he renamed Kong Wukong, and gave him a weapon suited to his unusual nature - an enchanted staff that the young Doran had crafted. The weapon was an unrivalled masterpiece. Guided by Yi, Wukong joined the League of Legends to prove himself as the best, and to show the world the true power of Wuju.

"Only in combat do you learn who you truly are."

Runes

Precision
Fleet Footwork
Phase Rush

Marks

Greater Mark of Desolation is armor penetration and you will get about 13 armor penetration and becuase of these runes your early game burst is much higher if you didn't have your armor penetration runes. but late game it will help but only a little bit of help.

Seals

These runes gives you health and it give you about 48 health early game before you are goin' for your health items. Greater Seal of Health Gives you exstra life and you will last a little longer in a level 1 fight. If you are getting harrashed a lot you could be in lane a little longer if you didn't have you health runes.

Glyphs

Greater Glyph of Scaling Magic Resist gives you magic resist early but also late game, it gives you about 1.35 magic resist and when your are in level 18 it gives about 24.30. I take these runes becuase most solo mid champions is only good when they got their items and it will be good about mid to late game before they really do damage.

Quintessence

Greater Quintessence of Attack Damage gives you attack damage and as a normaly Ad champion you need some damage and that's why I took these runes. Greater Quintessence of Attack Damage also gives you an advantage because it gives you about 6.75 attack damage and you will be stronger in a early game fight.

I max out my Q Crushing Blow because it's Wukong's damage ability and will do **** lots of damage early, mid and late game. Then I max out my E Nimbus Strike which alows you to jump over to the enemy and while you have your Q Crushing Blow on you will deal a lot of damage.
Cyclone will be maxed out when it can and will finished as the third ability (level: 6,11,16). The last ability to be maxed out is you E Warrior Trickster, which doesn't do much damage and you will almost always use it to get away from the enemy team.
