You should be fine in this matchup. It's all dependent on how the support does.
Jhin
Jhin is just like you, does a lot of damage with his autos but is very immobile with only one form of hard cc. Do your best to burst him when he is reloading.
Vayne
Your kit is much stronger then hers early. Do your best to take advantage of that and poke her.
Lucian
Lucian is more mobile then you, thus can pretty much AA you and get away scott free. Not to mention a good Lucian will use his E to dodge your root and get even closer to you.
Aatrox is a dangerous champion whos kit relies on jumping in your face and slashing at you. He is a tough matchup for Xayah and should be careful of his jump distance. You win early trades but once he hits 6 his all in is much stronger. Pre 3 you should just poke him down to the point where he can't farm.
Ahri
A good Ahri is dangerous, but for the most part this matchup is entierely dependent on how well she reacts to your harassment. Her all in is much more mobile then yours.
Akali
Pre 6 she is very easy to kill. But once she hits 6 you need to play safe and wait for her Q to be on cooldown.
Anivia
Anivia is very similar to Ahri, dodge her main CC and just kite around her. If she misses her Q then that's when you should burst her.
Annie
You can burst Annie pretty hard early game. But you need to play around her CC on her 5th passive mark.
Aurelion Sol
Aurelion Sol can punish you if you messup on your root combo but that's about it. He is very weak against you.
Kassadin
If Kassadin gets fed at all he will snowball harder then you. You need to constantly harass him with you AA early game so you can get level 2 and burst him. Post 6 you can ult his main engage and burst him. But you still need to proceed with caution.
Yasuo
Yasuo is very dangerous and one of the biggest counters to Xayah. (IMO) If the Yasuo your fighting is smart he'll stay out of your AA range and farm with Q. You need to do your best early 2 and just poke him down, to the ground. I always saw it very useful to ult when he has his nado up. Because it will take him 8 seconds when he hits 6 to get another nado up.
Zed
Because of Zed's shadows, he is a instantly hard matchup. Although you can counter his ult with your own, he has range with his W and Q. He will not hesitate to find an opening to use it. Pre 3 do your best to just poke him with AA.
Riven
Riven is similar to Yasuo. She does not have the windwall to stop your attacks. She does, however, have much more CC then Yasuo. If you can manage to poke Riven down early and continue to harass her, she should get low enough for an all in and ignite.
Fizz
Fizz is an exceptionally hard match up. He is incredibly strong with the junglers help. If he gets ult before you, you need to stay as far back as possible. Because his all in will shred you.
Darius
Despite Darius's strength, he is not that bad of a matchup. I've been against many Darius's my time, and the only problem I had against him was his bleed passive. You can poke him to hell with your AA early so abuse that.
Xayah
The way to win against another Xayah is to position yourself wherever her feather are not. You will win fights if you just play your cards right.
Teemo
It's Teemo, he is cancer.
Tryndamere
More cancer. He is disgusting. You can destroy him pre 6, but as soon as he hits that ult, he will snowball, build crit and lifesteal, and eventually will one shot you.
