This is my first guide and i hope you get the most of it. Xin Zhao is my main character I've played him for the span of a year and this seems to work best but don't be afraid to change the build mid game to counter build the other team. its a starting place for you to learn this great champ and the only thing you really need to stick to is his need for speed yes i said it he depends on attack speed and somewhat move speed that's why the first 3 items are all about his attack speed and move speed. i hope to make more builds and guides for everyone to utilize. please vote this build if for any reason it helped thanks. Now you should be thinking about summoner spells i usually use FLASH, IGNITE, EXHAUSTION. thees are good because he is a dps charactor and so he needs offensive summoner spells. but flash is also great because you will get focused more than you would like so allways use your flash or your audacious charge to get out of a tough fight with multiple enemy units.

pros
-hes very effective in a 1v1 combat
-evan if he might be out levled or out farmed he can still win a fight because he has his 3 talon strike which allows him to get 2 to 3 extra hits when they can do nothing and his ult gives him a helpful armor and magic resistance buff and do alot of burst damage
-great at ganking with his audacious charge and 3 talon strike to keep them from running
-he has a passive life steal which evan works when hitting a turret
-if he gets fed he can fight the entire enemy team 1v1 and not die easily at level 10 or so
cons
-he gets focused alot in any team fight
-he will be asked very often to solo this can be good but if he cant out farm or get kills he starts to lose lane presence and will get pushed out easily more so than a pusher or tanky character
-if stuned or silenced he is pretty useless and will die quickly

in the beginning its a good idea to use your 3 talon strike to kill minions fast if your enemy is also farming aggressively and if they get to close use your third talon strike to knock them up usually sending them into slight panic backing them off of you for a short time letting you wipe his creep wave and start to out farm. jungling is also somthing xin zhao is very good at and needs to do if hes not getting fed to keep his presence as a carry and assassin.
