Xin Zhao

He is a melee ad, tanky champion that works well in solo top. He is one of my favourite champions to play. Xin Zhao is not that difficult to play and has so many diffirent builds you can try on him.

Runes

I go with attack runes and quintessence, armor seals and magic resist glyphs. This helps you early game to be a bit more sustainable in lane.

Masteries

I would recommend more in the offensive tree where this will allow you to get more damage and taking the magic resist and armor in the deffenvise tree with the added flash improvment on the utility tree.

Items

I prefer going with boots of speed and 3 health potions in the beginning. Doran's blade will help you sustaine in lane. Phage will be one of your core items to get where you can either build this into a Frozen Mallet or a Trinity Force. Hexdrinker will help a lot since it has a shield that pops up when your health is below a certain point. You can decide what your B.F Sword needs to turn into if you want to reduce their armor I recommend going for the Black Cleaver or if you want more life steal try building the Bloodthirster, Infinity Egde will give you that extra crits. You build n Randuin's Omen for that bit more tankiness.

Skill Sequence

Max your Q first not only does this knock up on the third hit it also reduces all your other abilities cooldowns which allows you to use you E to chase down low health champions and your W that gives you attack speed that makes you Q just that more deadly. Your ulti is awesome, I would recommend using your ulti at the start of a team fight this will destroy the enemy and knock them back execpt if you have used an basic attack on one of them first that enemy will not be knocked back so try jumping to the more squisy champions and then use your ulti to get the tanks and supports back so you can take down the carries.

Summoner Spell

I would recommend taking flash and ignite when solo top or you can also use exhaust, put I prefer taking flash and ignite which helps me either chase a champion or get out of a gank.
