ok so you can get boots and sell them later but i prefer not to and this usually works for me. with this build you never initiate but always should be the second into battle and never the first one out. it should be easy mid game to farm minions and get quick 1v1 champion kills but dont get to greedy. late game you can easily take turrets down with all your attack speed and get away with movement speed. The biggest flaw with this build is how squishy you can be, but after you get your starks it wont be easy to down you without two or three of them. the skill sequence i put up was mine but generally it doesnt matter as long as you make out battle cry first. this build makes for a up pace game and easy to get early game and late game kills and you should easily be able to take dragon at level 13
