This Build i made because i found it helped alot when xin's attacks were quik, the first game i tried this build it was a 16-1-5 game which was very good for me and i hope it works for you

The spells i choose are easily used in both 5v5 and 3v3 although if wanted ghost can be replaced with teleport.
Never put heal on Xin as for it is not needed xins passive allows him to heal and with this build making him and quik and deadly killer he will heal non stop with those items

Pros:
One rotation will kill a squishy
Great 1v1 and team fights
If low of health and team is still fighting can run into jungle farm and get health back
Cons:
Will be smashed with cc's
Sometimes Targeted
