Yes statikk Shiv may be meta right now. But statikk doesnt have the shield that Phantom dance provides. Statikk may do way more damage. Its ur choice u dont have to follow this guide. But when it comes time to play yas against some of your worstnight mares. You will understand. Pd is jus good over all.
