I abstain from voting, but you'd definitely get a -1.
1. Guide is incomplete, no explanation of items, runes, masteries and abilities(what you have written on your Abilities section, I can find on lolwikia).
2. Questionable runes.
3. Trinity Force definitely is not a defensive item.
4. Try to get the refillable potion instead of 3 pots.
5. Maxing an ability at lvl 8 is impossible.
6. Maxing Wind Wall over Steel Tempest.
7. Unforgiven with 1 n.
8. Inefficient jungle route.
I could go on and on, but you got the idea. If it were for me to vote, itt'd definitely be a strong -1.

build & cheat sheet

• You cannot max a spell by level 8, this should be 9 (you are required to take an extra point in Q at level 8).
• I miss any form of justification for item builds. When and why would I get Infinity Edge and why should I rather get Bloodthirster instead. I'm completely in the dark as to why, when, how. These are a number of important questions for you to answer if a reader really wants to understand your kind of Yasuo playstyle.
• The jungle route you describe (krugs -> raptors -> red) is very inefficient because you spend a lot of time walking back and forth. Krugs -> red -> raptors is far more time-efficient.
• Your spell explanations are pretty much a copy paste from the description (which we can already find ourselves). What a reader wants you to tell them is how they should use it and whether there are some tips and tricks to use them more effectively. For Yasuo specifically, your final section only scrapes the surface of what a Yasuo can do.

More specifically, here's a number of build choices I find strange:

1. Why Stalker's Blade over Skirmisher's Sabre?
2. Why Titanic Hydra over a more offensive option like IE (scales very well with your kit) or Guardian Angel (much more effective defence, makes you really hard to kill and your damage will generally be sufficient).
3. Why 18-12-0 over for example 12-0-18? Fervor of Battle does not give any useful jungling stats, whereas Strength of the Ages can give you some free extra defense and useful jungling stats at the same time?
4. I don't see how Cinderhulk could ever be a good upgrade.
5. Why is Trinity Force both a snowball option and a defensive option? It definitely isn't both.
6. Why the extra scaling seals instead of 3 extra armour seals? I'd wager the extra armour seals mean you can exit the jungle with more health and duel/gank more effectively or save 50g on potions in the long run.

There is more but I'd like you to look at these first and deal with these points. Long story short, there's just a lot of question marks in my head that your guide does not answer, and I would like to see you answer them in your guide which will require some time on your part.
