This is a another build ive been playing latly one of my own of corse, this is with twisted fate and he has been nerfed alot in the past. But he is still an effective.

Pros:
Wild Cards good harrasment
Infinity Edge gives awesome crit/stacked deck/red pick a card.

CONS:
Will be focused
bad dmg output unless you get dmg items
can be counterd easly

You want to take mid or solo top if you dont have a jungle try to lane with a support or tank.

FAV laning partners:

Zilean
Sona]
Alistar
Rammus
If you can lane with a tank or support you wont need to buy as many survivability items.

Your core items in this build IS
Infinity Edge
for the crit and dmg.
Black Cleaver
For attack speed and armor pen you could swap it out for Last Whisper if they enemy team is building alot of armor.
Tier 2 boots.
Good opsions:
Berserker's Greaves
This is the boots i always buy because of the attack speed early game.
Mobility Boots
A good one if you want to roam a bit more but if you do choose to roam you go at the risk of getting under leveled.

AS items:
For tf its important to have good attack speed so you can get good crit and get your Stacked Deck Dealing good dmg.

I go for Phantom Dancer seeing that it give crit and movment at the time.
Malady is a option to.

Always try to max out Pick A Card then Stacked Deck then Wild Cards seeing it dosent hve much dmg out put using AD/AS.

TF is a crazy ad carry can also be played s ap which is also really good.
try to backdoor if its getting late into the game.
