Some tips:

First off, you kinda need coding or people won't read the guide. Check out This guide for help there; it'll make all the info you have here presentable.

Items: Merc treads are probably the best boots in the game generically, but many people (including myself) fee like CD boots are better. Also, as you have a likely ad opponent, Ninja Tabi can be helpful. Include alternatives when you can.

Runes and masteries look good; skill order is fine, although I prefer maxing W over E.

Dmg items: You don't have much dmg, and no crit chance at all until you finish Atmogs. Avarice Blade is a good early item, and you might think of getting crit cloak before Warmog's Armor to help with early and mid game. Also I.E. is too strong an item to get last.

All in all, it's a pretty good guide. I'll check back on it, and if you can code it better, I'll be happy to upvote it.

Nice guide, your build is quite good, almost exactly what I use on gp :) but I think you should use some color and icons in your guide, atm it's just a wall of text. If you haven't already, check out jhoijhoi's guide for making a guide, it's very useful.
