Introduction
Btw I will try to add in screenshots of everything for Ziggs.
Pros / Cons
1.He owned mid lane
2.A rather good chase/escape skill set
3.Has a ton of AOE damage
Cons
1.His ultimate has a long delay if shot from far away and it gives off a warning before it lands.
2.Takes some time to learn his W
3.All of your spells can be dodged if used poorly
4.He get target the first in team fight
Summoner Spells
Flash
Ignite
Beside those 2 spells on top, there is other spells like:
ghost- (Your Ememy can see where you try to go from there to setup your spells)
exhaust- (I am not fan for ziggs because he is not up close champ)
clarity- (For me i dont get it because late game no useful)
other spells dont work for ziggs.
Masteries

Runes
Mark Runes: Magic Pen. 9x
Seal Runes: Magic Regen. 9x
Glyph Runes: CDR 9x
Quit Runes: Flat AP 9x
Items
Boot & 3x Health Potion
(You have to farm alot because Ziggs is bad at farm in his lane so try to last hit or use your W for gold.)
Sorcerer's Shoes
(After you have got your sorcerer's shoe, head back to your lane to keep on farming or go gank either top or bot lanes.)
Tear of the Goddless
Blasting Ward
(at this time you have getting this & maybe Giant's belt)
rylai's crystal scepter
Archangel's Staff
3x Death Cap
