Right so at first glance this will be a WTF moment, I get it. It does say OFF META and FOR FUN, but regardless I will say, this build should not be taken super seriously, even though it is very amusing to play into certain match ups, and do not take it in to a ranked games unless youre feeling a little chaotic or you just came off a bad loss and feel like ruining someone else's game for no reason.

Now that's out of the way let's go over why this is a very fun and thinking outside of the box way to play Zilean.

The idea is simple. Perma slow someone. Beat them to death. You can do the exact same thing as support Zilean with a "meta" build, the difference here is that instead of perma slowing an enemy and having your allies pick up the kills, YOU are the damage dealer and YOU take the kills. We play for us.

Side note: It is not a requirement but I will note that the Bloodmoon skin should be used for this build because it has the best auto attack animation.

How to play this random best build you've ever seen.
We get Navori Flickerblade because it reduced our basic ability cooldowns. What can we do with our basic abilities up more frequently? PERMA SLOW with stuns thrown in. Then begins the slow and painful death of whatever poor player is opposing you.
The build revolves around Zilean's E ability Time Warp. All you need to do is use E on the enemy champion, throw on a Time Bomb, reset everything with Rewind Bomb them again for the stun, slow them again when the stun ends by which time (if you've been auto attacking constantly during this time) You should almost have the entire combo up and ready to use again.

Providing you have basic game mechanics and are able to kite your opponent around, they shouldn't be able to catch you nor should they be able to escape you.

I will note, the damage is not that impressive, bombs are good for nothing but stunning, so all of your damage will come from auto attacking.
If you find yourself against someone like Riven or Renekton just to give two examples of champs that have multiple dashes or increased mobility, this build will either not work at all, or it will require greater game knowledge and a considerable skill increase on your part to pull it off well. This build thrives against champions that lack mobility.
It's also a good way to leave your opponent saying wtf is happening when they die to attack damage Zilean.. lol.
