Highly mobile and hard to play against past level 6. You can try to dodge his ult with your E but most likely he'll dash in before that. Moreover, his E is a pain. Try to outpoke him pre 6 to gain the level on him, and rush a zhonya or banshee's to shield from his ult.
Zed
No mana requirements. Highly mobile. Hard to land a skillshot on. His damage output is very high and you'll die before you are able to do much. Wait for teamfights. At best you can tie this lane, unless it's a crappy zed. Get a Zhonya.
Anivia
This should be a boring match up. Anivia won't be an issue pre 6. Post 6 she will only outpush you slightly. You can't kill her and she shouldn't be able to kill you. Late game she will outscale you, but you will have more utility for your team.
Annie
While she has a lot of burst and her AA is ranged, she's not really a big issue. Avoid sticking to close to her while she has her stun up. Farm with your bombs and poke her down in the meantime.
Akali
This is a skill matchup. You should win due to your range and cc. Nevertheless, she has a lot of mobility and will go gank lanes to get fed - sadly this is unavoidable.
Irelia
You should avoid this matchup. Switch lanes or play ultra safe. You could poke her down a bit early but she will eventually start to out sustain you. Her dashes make her even more dangerous. Wait for the jungler.
Lux
Not an issue. Dodge her skillshots and outpoke her. Even if you get caught you ult yourself back to life and head back. =)
Diana
Definitely an annoying laner. She can outpush you and get turret plates in seconds. She's also a mad gap closer. if you poke her down early, she should fall behind for a bit. Nevertheless, late game she will catch up one way or the other. Banshee's can cure her Q to avoid any resets.
Akshan
Only a pain levels 1-3. After that the poke game should be yours.
Corki
It's even. Skill matchup.
Ekko
Not a biggie, as long as you dodge his ability. If he engages you can always disengage with your E and double Q him. You should win this lane. A lot of times Ekko's won't be able to ult due to the stun of your Q.
Ahri
Her skillshots are easy to dodge pre 6. Post 6 you're not worried either unless she gets a gank with heavy cc. R is your friend.
LeBlanc
Too mobile. Avoid this matchup. It's not unwinnable, but you'll be suffering the whole game.
Veigar
You should rule this lane. But late game he will become a god. It's unavoidable. You out roam him. You out poke him and you out farm him.
Malzahar
It's a boring lane. He will try to push and you will QQ his minions. You probably can't kill him easily due to his shield (that you can poke down with an aa) but he will also harrass you with his E. With a jungler he becomes more dangerous, but it's fairly obvious that you're gonna get ganked if he walks up to you.
Talon
Not a big threat. Your poke does the job. If he engages you disengage and poke him down hard. The only downside is he will roam more and better than you. Following him during his roams could spell death for you.
Vel'Koz
Annoying all throughout the game. He's got more sustain and poke. His true damage is also a pain. Maybe rush a zhonya or farm from far away with your bombs.
Morgana
Don't see her often mid lately but she can stop your CC and that's bad. If you get snared, that's even worse. It's a tough lane, but with some ganks it's winnable.
Orianna
Same as Lux, not an issue. Dodge her skillshots and outpoke her. Even if you get caught you ult yourself back to life and head back. =)
Yone
Dodge the game. Not really winnable. Even if you win the lane, he will destroy you. His ult is hard to dodge and his sustain past his first item is broken.
Zoe
Tons of mobility. Get caught by her CC and you're one shot before you can ult. Perma flashing, heals, ignites and so on are hard to deal with.
Katarina
Surprisingly, even though she's really mobile, she's also really predictable. You can tie this lane, no problem. You even outpoke her. She will out roam you though.
Yasuo
You can beat a Yasuo. Having said that, it's not easy - his passive is annoying and his dashing is similar to irelia's but slower. Use your AA to rid his shield and poke him down with some Q's and an E for more AA's. Steer clear of minions so he can't dash around like crazy.
Vex
You can beat her. It's a skill matchup. However, you have the advantage with regards to poke, cc and sustain.
Cho'Gath
Just farm. Don't bother engaging him. He has sustain and will only become more unkillable later.
Twisted Fate
This guy's a joke. You should win this easily. He will out roam you though.
Lissandra
This lane will probably be a tie and full of pokes. Not a big issue though.
Xerath
This should be a tie. You're both too far from each other to do much. If he get's closer you poke and run. If you get closer, the same goes for you.
You should always start the game with a tear. Ask a teammate to stay in base with you until 0:55 so that you can put Q's on their head and stack up that tear to around 30 stacks.
Your bread and butter combo is QWQE. Later in the game this will mean perma stuns and slows on the enemy.
Another variant is EQWQ. The slow makes it easier to land your bombs.
Once you have your Liandry's, you should start to dish out some decent damage. Afer 3 items you will become mad annoying due to the low CD reduction.
Your late R cooldown period should be anywhere around 25 seconds. Which means, you might be able to use your R twice in a teamfight.
Positioning is key, you're rarely in the forefront of a teamfight. If you do get caught, it's easier to land 2 Q's on yourself for the stun, and then run away with your E.
Using E on your enemy, when ganked for example, is more valuable than using E on yourself. It's a pretty strong slow.
