I am just confused.

So, you handwrote all of those letters exactly how they look now?

And then used them to type in your header?

I can't imagine you rewrote the same letters over and over again to look exactly the same... O_O

fonts are not hard to make especially if you have a tablet, which Canoas does. :-)

I wrote it letter by letter. It would take more time to copy-paste each letter than it takes to write it.
I never made it as a font because sometimes I want it on slightly different sizes (5x3, 5x4, 6x4, etc.) and so I would need to write it on each size I want for it to be perfect since the rescale would screw it all up. Besides, I usually only write 4-5 words for each sig so making a font would actually be more time consuming.

I draw them by hand.. If you write something on paper the letters will be or less the same size won't they?
