I would give it about 3-5/10.
Never center your focal untill you're really good at blending. Where's the light source? It's much too blurred, motion blur is a nono. There's no blending. I can see the flow but it's barely there,
look up tuts. You need to get better smudge settings, also use tons of adjustment layers, the splatter brush is horrible, mainly because the colours you've used in the sig do not match at all, and you havn't even tried blending them. Seriously, look up lighting and blending tuts. Use fractals c4ds and the like. Good idea with the sticking out of the sig, but bad execution. ;/
Don't try anything crazy, just focus on blending, flow and lighting.

yea I think it's pretty good too :S
I mean, it's kinda hard to NOT put her in the middle and to use a light source when you are just using a basic stock for a background
hence why I keep the original backgrounds of images :)
but methinks it's pretty goot!

It's easy to make a light source yourself.
Home made lightsource. :P
What you gotta do is look on the render/stock for where the light source is and put fractals, nebulas and stuff in a position that works with the background.

Yes, I know, I have done that too, and it works for a stock like that, since there is actually a scene there.
I'm saying a plain old nothing background like his...it is ALL yellow.
