A good idea of what you want in the picture ( color combos, text, characters sharp or soft style ) 3. Only possible or serious requests will be accepted ( I'm semi-good, not a wizard ) Note that I don't just do stuff for LoL. This is for all your photoshop needs, so anything is requestable.
