Are you working with layers? Because Heim seems to be way too dark. In terms of the paint splatter brushes, if they were a tad more opaque, then they wouldn't stand out so much.

of course i work with layers -.- And about the brushes they where going to have a lower opacity but i accidently but them on the wrong layer and diden't feel like re-doing the whole layer. So a bit lighter i'll try and see how it looks. Thanks for the criticism.

Yes, much better! You should put them side by side so you can see the huuuuge change. The paint splatters now match the background.
The only other thing I would think about changing is the text. Try putting a drop shadow effect and possibly an outer glow so it stands out more. If you decided to do that, then if you moved it down to the bottom right hand corner it'd look nicer too.

The only thing now, that you could possibly do, is add the feature "outer glow" to your render of Heim. Change the glow colour to a browny yellow and see if that adds or detracts from your sig. Then of course you could add in a border :P
