And I don't know about that, but, new layer, select all, fill (with border color), Select->Shrink (# of pixels you want border to be), delete is how I do it.
But I don't really like borders most of the time so /meh, they are nice sometimes but most of the time I'd rather not have 'em.
EDIT: Now that I look at the dates I wonder... how did I find this thread on the first page? Are we really so few that month old posts stick on the first page? :S

You need to log in before commenting.
