Generally it looks good for a signature.
The background is nicely expressed, and the lighting, which to some is little, is actually perfect and fits with the render you've chosen, not much lighting needs to be added. the focal point is also acceptable as well
Constructive criticism (how to improve)
1. Try Gaussian blur the background by approximately 0.2~0.5 (experiment) and then sharpening the render slightly at 10% opacity ~ 30% opacity (you may not need to sharpen it after the Gaussian blur. This should help maximize your focal point
2. Try create a much more efficient flow to your signature, I think this is the main criticism as there's no definite flow. Also it seems 1/4 of the background is just cut of from the red pen lines you have for the background (or c4d).
Flow example:
(1) White lines indicate flow example 1, following the illustration of the renders weapons
(2) Red lines indicate main flow example 1, which follows the illustration of the render itself, this is the best flow as it dictates from the renders eyes.

I would like to Thank Xiaowiriamu for the Awesome Sig(s)!
Thanks to wRAth for the awesome Ashe sig!
Photoshop costs this greenish cotton/paper substance that seems to avoid me.

Since these sigs just look so awesome I'm going to use them both.
