haha Vort :P Hey Jeffy, is there something wrong with the fonts on your comp? I had the same thing, where all my text just showed up pixelated in PhotoShop. I just restarted, and then all the fonts went back to normal ^^
Closed Photoshop fully through ctrl+shift+esc in the processes tab, and also shut down my comp. Hope it fixes it for you :)

If you don't have the texts Rasterised yet, should work just fine. If you do, however, just ctrl click the layer to select them, force a border (4 pixels? depends on the size of the text), feather it for about half that, and apply a light gaussian blur to it. 2 pixel blur, give or take.
