It applies a stack with each hit.. that means you need 3 hits to apply 3 stacks. The 3rd hit applies the stack, it does not benefit from it. Just like when you kill someone with mejai the killing blow does not benefit from the 2 stacks it gave you.

On topic though, I much prefer the first item path - it looks great!

However, one request: could you add QSS as an option, in line with banshee's veil? It'd be much like TBC/LW in the picture I have, except with BV/QSS, and between TBC/LW and FM.
