First make a new layer and draw whatever form you like(in whatever color you like) and fill it, i used a square. 2. While that Layer is still selected, click on the button i marked, it's called "Add Layer Mask". 3. Make sure that linked Layer is choosen and draw on the margins of the Form u drawed before with a Brush or whatever you like(u see i used a Brush for example) 4. Now get a Picture or something and put it in front of the first layer, then rightclick it and choose "create clipping mask" Thats like, the basic of it, ofc u can work around with that more, hope it helped.
