As for your runes, I would run 3
Greater Quintessence of Attack Damage and 9 Greater Mark of Desolation, I don't tend to mix 3 of this and 6 of that i just 3,9,9,9.
Think of it this way:

If someone has 50 armor here's the formula to determine how much damage your actually doing
I make the assumption that you have 100 DPS and your opponent has 50 armor :)
How to Calculate Armor?
100/(100+Armor)
100/150 = .6666666667
so you do 67% of your total damage(33% reduced AD)(i think it rounds up i can't remember)
So if your DPS was 100 you now would only deal 67 DPS... quite lower... (100 * .67) ...lol
9 Greater Mark of Desolation
However if you have the ArP marks... 1.66 * 9 = 14.94 (lets just say 15 to make this easy)
So now they only have 35 armor... 100/135 = .74 = 74% reduced total damage(100 * .74) = 74
VS 8.55 DPS from 9
Greater Mark of Attack Damage
This puts you at 108.55 DPS (109)
so now you still do 67% reduced damage... (109 * .67) = 73
73 DPS versus 74 DPS? Not a real big difference there...
Seems like not much of a difference right?
How about lets move up to 300 DPS your doing towards late game...
300 DPS * .74(with the ArP marks) = 222 DPS
309 DPS * .67(with the flat DPS marks) = 207.03 DPS...
so in early game it doesn't make a huge difference, but late game it definitely does :)

For junglers, it is most common to use 6 ArP marks, and the rest either attack speed or attack damage, depending on the jungler.
Noct/Shyvana/Pheonix Udyr/Skarner attack speed, and junglers like riven or Trundle would use AD.

I would go AD quints. Getting a faster level 6 for Noc is a good idea. If you want to be more AD carry oriented then Armor pen quints are alright I guess but most players play noc in a tanky dps type way.
I think taking out 3 armor pen is alright too but there is a point when you have to start worrying about doing damage to heroes > jungle. I myself would opt for more damage against heroes because it's another card to bring to the table.

I wonder if taking all AD quints and reds would be strong in lane and scale better into late game with crit and Last Whisper.

Graves might be the "One" exception to an AD carry who can tank it up a little.

Marks: 3 atk speed/6 ArP (Might take out 3ArP and put in 3Atk,Spd [Advice on this too pls])
Seals: 9 Armor
Glyphs: 9 MR/lvl
So would it be useful in taking the flat damage quints over armor pen to speed up my jungle? Also If i'm not mistaken this will add slight sustainability to my route because I start with a vamp scepter stealing more hp.
I am a rather advanced player/jungler so I would like advice from someone who is very talented in jungling and League of Legends in general.
