Catalyst shouldn't be bought so soon. You'll pay 1,3k gold for it, just to gain 290 health, while mana is a waste. Buy it only when you intend to build Banshee's as next item. Also, I would recommend upgrading Q second after ultimate. And yeah, some spellvamp would benefit, and if you're top and mid is someone like Brand, WotA is awesome.

Alright, do you have any recommendations to replace catalyst?
Also, I'm completely rejecting spell vamp on this build. You don't do enough damage to justify getting it. If I got spell vamp, my defenses will drop by a lot. Not saying I'm not going to b Tanky anymore, it's just that I don't know what to replace it with.
I'm getting E over Q because, again, I'm not getting a lot of AP, so E actually does more. Plus, I'm getting health early, so the bonus resistances are more beneficial than poking power.
