[/quote] Most people don't think about it that way...the stats are good but the passive is a waste on Soraka because she will very rarely target herself with heals. It's really good on Sona because her heal auto targets herself. Morello's is a good CDR item that no one builds on Soraka or Sona...despite it being fairly cheap.[/quote]
