I've seen it before, it happened when somebody tried to make 3 builds for a champion, and everything was repeated 3 times, although this does not appear to even have a second build.

Odd, I was gonna say to make it meet the length req. for a guide, but then I saw it, and it would be well over 5k characters anyway.
