It's easier for new users to download Raid than it is for vent, there's less stuff you need to do, like entering server, etc. It's easier to set up for mods and tournies as well, and hell, even the actual download is faster on Raid lol. I'm not even sure Vent is more popular than raidcall anyways right now, tbh. Raidcall is really popular with gaming groups, I'm surprised Mobafire hasn't jumped on the bandwagon. Honestly I don't play in inhouses because I hate vent with a passion, and I know like, at least 3-4 other people who do the same because of vent. It would be easier to drag people onto a good voice program, would it not? also lux and morg are pretty decently similar...lol[/quote]

Raidcall may have better customer satisfaction, but Ventrilo is the most used Voice Chat program. I would even say Mumble and Teamspeak are used more than Raidcall, but I don't have exact numbers on that.
