Bad idea. For one, there's nothing fun about running around not being able to see anything (
) but your minimap and not being able to kill anyone or cs, aim skillshots etc and for two, there's no way you can make sure everyone follows that and doesn't just zoom out when they want to hit a Blitz grab.

Elohell is like Irelia's stun: if your real level is equal or lower than the level you are in, you're STUNNED there forever. If your actual level is higher than the level you are in, you're just SLOWED in your way up.
