when will hotshot finally wake up...
I can't believe they're doing this to Voyboy, out of all people.
hotshot carried clg @ IPL back when he was top lane, I think he could def carry again, jungle isn't his best role, in fact I would say he's better top or mid.
Voyboy being 16 means he can't practice with the team as much and having to go to these kinds of events means he suffers when he comes back to home, he's a great player and I love him, but ultimately it was the teams decision (not hsgg's) on who to take and who to bench.
The issue is more of their priorities.
You simply cannot reach the same level as others by constantly switching roles.
The biggest problem CLG had with hotshot was that he could only play Nid Cho Galio at a competent level.
They need stability, not change.

hotshot's never really carried anything, he just plays a safe and consistent top
agreed jungle isnt his role
voyboy isn't 16 and im like 99.9% sure of this
also pretty sure voyboy lived in the same house as CLG
regardless, I think the LoL community and pro community would say Voyboy is a significantly stronger top lane than Hotshot the problem was he wasn't allowed to play what made him comfortable, on stream he said he had to play what his team wanted.
Ultimately I think CLG comes out of this significantly weaker, they lose their bot lane synergy, they lose probably one of the best top lane players in the game, and they put chauster in jungle, when he probably isn't very experienced at it. I don't think we'll even see a competitive CLG in season 3 unless they practice hardcore. I think we all kind of saw some roster changes coming, but I'm surprised it wasn't chauster who was dropped, hotshot to support and then they would pick up a jungler.

Thanks for the Signature MissMaw!

Why would they drop the best player on their team? Hotshot is the one who should have stepped down, but since he owns the team he never will. It's a shame really.
in all honesty ive thought voyboy has been holding clg back. he was a DOMINANT top laner when he was on RS/dig but he loses lane almost every game nowadays. probably a combination of him unable to adapt as a player and team chemistry.
anyways i think hotshot will do fine in his move back to top lane as back in the old tsm vs clg rival days he would dominate rainman game after game. he does need a bit more champion diversity but i dont really see that as being a challenge to him.
as far as chauster in the jungle it's probably the perfect role for him as the jungler role is pretty much the best role for leading a team. i think it's an upgrade leadership wise but i think he's going to have a lot of catching up to do no matter how skilled he is.
locolift bot is gonna be interesting... not sure how that will go yet.

I have mixed feelings about this, but I feel like the addition of a player with Korean strategy mindset is just what CLG needs to truly shine. Sad for Voyboy, his performance was very consistent and I enjoyed seeing some unpopular picks by him.
