Ashe is a great play maker and a smart person can make great use of Ashe. She's still a great ADC no matter the elo you play her at. Also her 600 range is kind of a natural ''safe'' factor for her in lane.

Support is a role that can't carry because Support doesn't exist as role anymore. You could have claimed that last season but now that you're in season 4 and have more gold than anyone on the enemy team you can't say "I dare anyone to say Support is a role that can't carry" lol

They didn't just give supports more money. They completely scrapped the role and made Marksman Aids or whatever they're calling it. I just don't even know what was going through their minds with all the vision and gold changes the game was fine in season 3.
