Huh. Well I guess maybe they deliberately place you behind what your MMR is after your placements to make sure people don't get into silver by a complete fluke.

Qualified :3 This was one of my worst talon games so far, but we still won because I had yet another jungler who went ham and was 13/1 at some point in the game. I failed really badly early, and gave first blood to karthus as talon -.- ohhhh the horror. I came back though, getting a few kills. I died a few times in team fights, but at this point it was like: I kill one person (either cait or karthus), and xin and vayne completely smash everyone else on their team. Our last teamfight, vayne was top, and we were fighting a 4v5 in mid. I got a triple kill and we aced them 4v5 without our adc. Wasn't my best performance but i'll take the win :3
Also, Xin was silver V and he was under me in pick like last time. lel.

Tristana game, got double kill 1st blood and went around 7/0 through lane phase. However, this nasus when 11/1 and had too much armor so we started to fail mid game. Then I got last whisper and bloodthirster and then gg. I was chunking people soooooo hard. Can work on positioning and csing since I haven't played adc in too long.

He probably got lucky in his placement matches and got silver when his actual skill was much lower.
This. You probably need to go like 3/7 in placements to get placed in bronze if you didn't play in the previous season, so getting silver is pretty easy.
