MrCuddowls' Tier List

What makes them average is that they lack an escape tool AND/OR aren't as Effective Early game as the tier 2 champs or in the late game like the tier 1 Champs Tier 4: These guys Fall of HARD Mid to Late game OR don't make much sense filling the AD slot when they could be doing something they are a lot more effective at.
