My predictions:
1. Alliance
Now I'm a massive Alliance fanboy but I sincerely think they are going to take this split. They have already shown massive potential in the final weeks of the split and have now embraced 2(!) analysts to get their teamwork / rotations fixed. Individually they're among the best players for their respective roles and I expect this to pay off this season.
2. Fnatic
Fnatic really needs to step up to their game on macro-strategic level but are still top tier players. They need to be more decisive but if they get these issues fixed by getting an analyst / coach (which I hope they will...) they'll definitely be a contender for 1st place.
3. SK
I counted SK out last season (I actually placed them 8th or 7th, boy was I wrong) and I won't make that mistake again. Honestly though, SK only made it so far because all of the other teams slumping but they're still a team to consider for the top spots. Their teamwork is really spot on which makes up for their relatively weak individual players (Candypanda is the only top-tier player on SK in my opinion).
4. Roccat
Roccat is another solid team who have a very solid gameplan going into every game to make up for their (relatively) weak lanes. I think they won't perform as well since I predict the league overall to step up on macro-strategic level but still enough for a solid 4th place.
5. Millenium
This was probably the hardest decision of them all to make. I was really in doubt whether I should place Millenium, Gambit or SHC on 5. In the end I went for Millenium because I kinda like the team and believe they have some decent potential. Once they dropped Araneae they actually started winning again and managed to beat NiP, who had been loooking quite strong before this. I think they can continue this upwards and leave relegation zone.
On that note, I only believe the 5th spot is possible for them because the other teams got significantly weaker. I'm predicting 5th-8th spot to be very close, but quite far from the top-3 or top-4 teams.
6. Gambit Gaming
This might come as a surprise, it might not. Fact is, Gambit's botlane is one of the weakest in the LCS (perhaps after CW and possibly Roccat) and right now their top and mid don't look too promising at well. They're definitely weaker than previous split which they (only nearly) managed to avoid falling into relegations. This split will probably be a lot harder.
7. Supa Hot Crew
SHC has shown some potential but once they got figured out, they quickly fell off to the bottom places. They actually weren't that far from 8th place in the end and I don't expect their roster changes to make a massive difference. They have potential to get top-6 but I'm not expecting too much from them.
8. Copenhagen Doges
This one should not come as a surprise. They lost their two core players and got semi-amateur players from the challenger series who never managed to impress anyone yet. Besides that, Youngbuck, Cowtard and Unlimited have always been the weakest members individually so I don't expect much of them.
Fully agree, though I've got fanboy hope for Gambit getting 5th instead of Mil.

Do do do dee do do do
SHC recently got a new analyst/coach and it's a guy I follow frequently called lastshadow9. The things he comes out with on his channel have taught me a massive amount and his attention to micro-game is so detailed (and his macro is definitely nothing to be taken lightly either). I actually have some hopes for SHC with him as the new analyst.
Alliance looking strong, just as I'd hoped. Roccat isn't doing as well as I'd hoped, with jankos kinda feeding in that first game. But hey, they beat the not really Gambit. niQ didn't fail completely so I guess that's a start. Though he's gonna need to put up some bigger numbers if he wants to become a permanent member of the Gambit lineup. Millenium is also looking stronger than I'd expected.

Do do do dee do do do
Gambit stepping up. Their game plan was solid and Edward carried through the botlane.
EDIT: SK winning two teamfights. Am I being forced to eat my words? Also quite interesting to see CandyPanda building
Black Cleaver because they have 4 AD on their team. They can't siege turrets AT ALL though.
EDIT 2: Nevermind, holy **** that game but that baron throw
EDIT 3: Kerp really is massive on
Ziggs. And that to imagine he's using a trackball mouse lol.

I set Kev1n as alternative player and he's 7/2/4 right now with 260 cs in 35 minutes. FML...
Oh nevermind lol. Well, Alliance is up now. Let's hope they've fixed their issues vs CW because they played quite badly, even though they won it in the end.
ALL vs SHC:
Alliance actually had a great early game plan but only barely failed (as in: they didn't get anything out of it) which meant they couldn't snowball. From there on one mistake just lost all their momentum.

This EU LCS is so exciting, it's awesome to see every team adapting in every game. Most of teams are so close in terms of skill level (at least for this 1.5 days), I can't actually say who will emerge as victor and who will stay at the bottom.
Finally Millenium showed what they actually can do, after Aranea left, they've been playing so well.
Also Copenhagen Wolves have played awesome with 2 new players.
