Duo queue with GMD's smurf. I've no idea what kind of tier players we'll get matched with. It seems that my Elo from season 2 carried over in some form because I was first/second pick and GMD was fifth.
Ima blame this one mostly on the team. I was 10/1 when the laning phase ended and we were able to pick up a free baron, but when we entered teamfights I was immediately hit by a billion CCs and instakilled by Riven. The Udyr didn't build tanky enough and tended to initiate at really bad times, Yi was mostly splitpushing top ineffectively or suiciding 1v5 and their team was smart enough to stay as five and use their ridiculous amount of CC well in teamfights. My cs was good early on in the game but turned to **** by the end since they were roaming and pressuring a lot and because I suck.
So this one was interesting. Ezreal and Soraka came into lane at about 3/4 hp from doing golems. Right away, Soraka got hit by a Zyra E and my Q and instantly exploded for first blood. Then she came back and exploded again two or three more times while Vi attempted to camp very ineffectively. It was at this point we noticed that Soraka was not running armour runes.
After this I immediately disconnected and was unable to reconnect even though pvp net and everything else worked fine. I checked reddit and apparantly everyone on my ISP was experiencing the same problem. After about 20 minutes of clicking the reconnect button in a panicky rage I eventually loaded back in only to find my team destroying them in a 4v5 fight with Yi and Lee Singa being extremely fed. They were very quickly able to take two inhibitors and end the game without much help from me although I was able to professionally use my ult to KS from Lee.
