Well he's getting a nerf now anyway :c
Deserved, but still I'll probably play him in normals before hopping into ranked with him again, hadn't even played him all that much before these two ranked games.
No uni next week so hopefully I can get some ranked going.

Game 94-96
Solo Queue
Remember how I said I would play Zac in normals before I'd play him in ranked? Well yeah, screw that :P
Anyway, first game I had a very close lane vs Renekton but I managed to get First Blood on him as the last ticks of his Ignite triggered my passive, after that the lane was in control and other lanes (bot lane especially) were doing really well too. Great game, awesome teammates.
In the second game, I was playing against a Jayce main (47-24 on him in ranked), but since Zac has more sustain and I started with 5 Health Potions while he had only 1 (and a Crystalline Flask), I managed to win by poking him a lot before eventually going all in and getting the kill. I then got another two kills later on as his jungler came to gank, sealing the deal. Unfortunately, our mid lane ( Cassiopeia vs Katarina) was losing pretty heavily after an early gank by the enemy Hecarim and Kata roamed bot lane soon after; our bot lane duo simply vanished. At this point my teammates decided flaming each other was more important than trying to get back into it, so we lost rather convincingly. Most of my deaths came from late game #yolo attempts at killing someone.
Third game I played Zed top vs Lee Sin, outfarmed him and forced him back a couple of times before dying to a gank (played it wrong), then got back into it as my farm and level advantage still made me the strongest member of our team and I picked up some kills in teamfights. However, with the enemy Tristana being incredibly fed early on and with our mid ( Orianna) being able to do no more than go 0/0/0 vs Kassadin who had a cs lead (90-57 when I checked), we were always up against it in this game and again lost pretty hard. The best part here is that our Miss Fortune started flaming Janna right after Trist got FB and Janna started flaming back....
...While they were a premade duo bot.
The good news is I didn't lose a lot of LP and it looks like my MMR is pretty high (I was higher than Gold V and Gold IV teammates), but then again I'm also not gaining much (6 for the win), so even if I do finally get a good spree going it'll take while to get to my promo series... :|
LP: 79

^ I think Kassadin should win the matchup (because he's kinda broken), however Orianna certainly didn't play it correctly. The key objective in the matchup for Ori was to gain an advantage early (as big as possible), before Kass hits 6. Combined with a page that has MR quints, you should be able to survive or even win if your advantage is big enough.
However, I checked the player's profile and he doesn't have a runepage like that. He decided to start Null-Magic Mantle and 2 potions instead, but that's not really a start that allows you to be aggressive early as you lack any sort of mana regen (apart from the flat mana regen seals he used) and you'll go oom quickly if you try to poke a lot. Personally, I'd say a page with magic pen, mana regen (per level or flat doesn't really matter), MR and MR combined with a Faerie Charm + potions (5 Health, 3 Mana?) start would be my best bet (the Faerie Charm would obviously be built into Chalice of Harmony on the first back). Auto attack every time he wants to cs in the early levels, then poke aggressively with spells after a few levels, once they actually deal some damage, and get a cs lead early; that at least should be easy.
128 cs in ~30 minutes is just not enough.
