A Roar is suppose to be intimidating as well as inspiring. Maybe 5/6/7/8/9% damage output reduced for 3 seconds would be good.
And they should make the Roar cooldown effect lower by allied champion health lost, not allied units dying. If minions aren't around the cooldown drop becomes pointless.
Ex: Every time an allied champion loses 10% health, Roar's cooldown goes down 2 second.
So suggest it on the main forums and bump my topic =D
