Depends on which build. If the enemy has QSS or cleanse, malzahar, warwick and fidle (fidle being one of the best 1v1 champion if QSS/cleanse isn't allowed), all 3 of them are useless. Depends if you or your opponent gets a lucky crit, or if you or the enemy dodge each others skillchots.

Tryndamere from 0 rage get's countered waaay too hard by randuins to be any good in a 1v1 scenario.

Warwick useless after he's ignited.
QSS malz useless.

Too many variables,for example poppy can probably 1v1 anyone if shes aloud to pin them against the wall....

AD Sion is pretty strong, but when his ult is out he'll get beat.
Otherwise Tryndaqueer or Jax, Vayne is also super scary with the true damage but it depends if there is a chance to knock them into the wall. Question es 2 hard to determine.
