No game is an addiction. People call it that because you want to play it still but are having a bad stint. If you say you want to uninstall it, but want to continue playing, then you really don't want to uninstall it.

I think if you want to play less League (notice I didn't say "stop"), then just tell yourself that something else is more important than the game. I don't believe anyone should ever force themselves to quit gaming just because they think they do it too much. Everything in moderation, you know?
If you need to play less, play less. If you really wanted to quit, it would be effortless to do so. If it's somehow harming your life, identify the problem and convince yourself that you have to fix it.
