Rumble feels as annoying as before, just takes longer to get the kill. Yorick will be a bigger problem, even with the nerf, same as Riven. Olaf depends on how good you are at dodging his Q. The ones who are easily teased (fiora, xin zhao, jax) can still go down before they realize the **** they're doing.

Eve felt more interventive, I liked that. I wasn't constantly crying for my ulti and I felt like I was pushin my teams to victory. Feels good.

Brand's Pyroclasm change is so welcomed. Makes a big difference with the speed increase and the priority of champions now.
