I have characters on all 3 servers.
NA is worst.
EUW is pretty bad as well i think it's because all the bads and ragers on EUNE are like, **** DIS **** I HATE POLISH NOOBS, then moves to euw and begins raging there, if you're one of thoose move to euw PLEASE!?
EUNE is generally a nice environment.

If you find you ping okay, after switching to EUNE, i would recommend switching to that.
People playing on the EU servers, are generally nicer & more respectful than americans, haha.

NA the worst? Ha! I've played on all 3 and I can safely say EUNE is the worst with NA actually being the best. I dunno about the other servers like the Korean one for example but out of the 3 main ones NA is the least terrible.
