Lee Sin is a meanie.. But u can outscale him by level 5-6'ish(if you DO NOT LET HIM GO BACK! And with all the nerf's lee got, i feel like his ability to gank from pretty much anywhere is the only thing he has going for him(would much rather play wukong top *nods*) and his scaling is not really good anymore.

Why ohhh GOD WHY is fizz a bad top?
Ignore unit collision and less damage from basiv attacks, A dash, A irelia like onhit(just with 35% ap-scaling and magic damage), Another leap this time making him invulnerable, ohh DAT FISH making ganks one of the most satusfying things to get and almost ensuring a kill after 6.
Also a lot of ppl tend to think fizz is going mid, so if you pick fizz first and save the mid-carry for last they're gonna try to counter fizz mid.

Idk, Fizz is much better in mid and jungle then at top.
Passive doesn't really make that much of a difference at top and he doesn't have enough sustain/burst to fight bruisers efficiently. Maybe at earlier levels he does, but not after that. + you have to make a choice with him.
Either you're going AP = no sustain/health, or you build him AD/On-hit offtank and lose the burst, but get much more suitable for extended fights.
I'd rather jungle him any day.

Fizz is probably a niche champ top.. Send him against wukong and laugh your *** off while his leap is dodged. And u out damage him after that: SO STRONK!

And send him against Lee Sin and see half of his health going away with just one spell rotation D:

Not to mention that Fizz literally sucks vs. someone of Cho/Irelia style who can just regain all the health lost in the matter of seconds. Just let 'em get to creeps :D

Top-tier solo top champ right now is Gangplank. Going against Trynd/Riven/Lee Sin? Start cloth/5, buy Chain Vest and vamp scepter on first back. Laugh as they do no damage. Going against Cho/Irelia/Warwick? Run ignite, rush Executioner's Calling, and laugh as all that healing power disappears with the 8-second sustain nerf active. And that covers like 80% of who you're going to see solo top.
